“My wife and I couldn't be happier with our newly renovated 1,300 sq ft basement, thanks to Morgan Contractors! After years of mulling it over and getting quotes, we finally decided to prioritize creating more usable space for our family. From our first meeting, Antoine Bullock, the owner, was incredibly impressive. She provided invaluable design tips, furniture placement advice, and was a fierce advocate for us, even helping with a vendor issue for our staircase storage. Gina's input on painting choices and lighting truly brought our vision to life, resulting in beautiful, recessed lighting throughout. Our transformed basement is now a dream! We have a fantastic movie theater room with raised seating and professional pre-wiring for an 8K entertainment system. The open area includes a wet bar with kitchen cabinetry, and a dining space that doubles as a billiards area. We also have a gym/office, a large full bathroom with a shower bench, vanity and linen closet, ample storage under the staircase, a dedicated storage room, and enclosed mechanical and electrical rooms. Morgan Contractors helped us create the perfect living and entertainment space for our family. We truly could not be happier with the finished product!”
